Our service is optional. The UK ETA can also be applied for directly through official government channels. By choosing to use our service, you acknowledge that you are engaging a private assistance service and that a service fee applies in addition to any government processing fees.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

We do not guarantee the approval of any UK ETA application. The decision to approve, refuse, or request additional information regarding an application rests solely with the UK Government authorities responsible for processing ETA applications. Our service facilitates the application process through guided assistance but does not influence the outcome in any way. No statement, representation, or communication from ETA UK CENTER should be interpreted as a guarantee of approval.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of our service, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, truthful, and complete information in your application, ensuring all details match your passport and official documents exactly.
  • Reviewing all details carefully before submission using the review screen provided and correcting any errors before confirming.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, reference number, and any login details associated with your application.
  • Ensuring your passport meets the validity requirements for UK ETA eligibility, including having at least six months of remaining validity.
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to your travel to the United Kingdom and the use of online services.
  • Responding promptly to any requests for additional information from the processing authorities to avoid delays.
  • Not using our service for any unlawful purpose, including submitting fraudulent applications or providing false information.

5. Fees and Payment

Our service charges a fee for application assistance, which is separate from any government processing fees set by UK authorities. All applicable fees are clearly displayed during the application process before payment is required. By completing payment, you agree to the fees as presented. Refund terms are governed by our separate Refund Terms policy, which should be read in conjunction with these Terms.
