Terms of Service

The present statutory instrument constitutes the contractual framework governing the engagement between The Declarant and ETA UK Center. By the act of submission, The Applicant is deemed to have unreservedly assented to the terms herein enumerated.

Scope of Engagement

ETA UK Center is engaged solely in the procedural facilitation of the declaration instrument. No representation, warranty, or assurance is conferred in respect of issuance, admissibility, or favourable adjudication of any individual submission.

Obligations of the Declarant

  • Verbatim and accurate transcription of biographic and documentary particulars.
  • Maintenance of the integrity of authentication credentials.
  • Prompt notification of any material change in declared particulars.
  • Refraining from fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful submissions.

Limitation of Liability

Save for liability that cannot be excluded as a matter of law, ETA UK Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or unavailability of the portal, the determination of the competent sovereign authority, or actions of third parties.

Suspension and Termination

ETA UK Center reserves the right to suspend or terminate the discharge of services in the event of breach of the present terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or as required by statutory authority.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The present terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection herewith shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Should any provision of the present terms be held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
