Privacy Policy

The present statutory instrument administers the collection, retention, processing, and onward transmission of personal data submitted by The Declarant to ETA UK Center.

Identity of the Data Controller

ETA UK Center, a private third-party administrative facilitator operating under the domain etaukcenter.net, acts in the capacity of data controller for the purposes of the present instrument.

Categories of Personal Data Collected

  • Biographic particulars (surname, given names, date and place of birth, sex).
  • Travel document particulars (number, issuing authority, issuance and expiry dates).
  • Itinerary particulars (purpose of entry, embarkation date, lodging address).
  • Contact particulars (electronic correspondence address, telecommunication number).
  • Payment instrument particulars (transmitted exclusively to approved payment processors).
  • Technical telemetry (IP address, device fingerprint, session metadata).

Lawful Bases for Processing

  • Performance of the contract for administrative facilitation.
  • Compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations.
  • Legitimate interests in the prevention of fraud and the integrity of the portal.
  • Explicit consent of The Declarant, where solicited.

Onward Transmission

Personal data is transmitted exclusively to the competent sovereign issuing authority, to approved payment processors for the discharge of the administrative levy, and to administrative service providers acting under contractual confidentiality.

Retention Period

Personal data is retained for the duration of the administrative relationship and for such further period as may be prescribed by applicable statutory frameworks, after which it is conclusively erased or anonymised.
